How do I place an order?

Click any product on our site and you will be taken directly to Shopify checkout with that item pre-loaded in your cart. You can adjust quantity, add more items, or continue shopping from there. Payment is handled securely by Shopify β we never see your card details.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Every order over $75 ships free via standard ground within the continental United States. Orders under $75 are a flat $6.99. Expedited and express options are available at checkout if you need it faster.
How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 2PM EST ship the same business day. Standard ground takes 3β7 business days. Expedited is 2β3 days. Express is 1β2 days. You will receive a tracking email the moment your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
β
30-day hassle-free returns. If something is not right β wrong size, defective, or just not what you expected β send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be in original condition. We do not charge restocking fees. See our

How do I track my order?

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your Shopify order confirmation email for a direct tracking link. If you did not receive tracking within 48 hours,
contact us and we will hunt it down.
Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes. Every product carries at minimum a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. Many items β like jump starters and dash cams β include 18- or 24-month coverage. If something fails within the warranty window,
contact us with your order number and a quick description. We will replace or refund, no runaround.
Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not currently ship to other regions, but we are expanding β

How do I know a product will fit my vehicle?

We list compatibility details on every product page. Universal-fit items β like trunk organizers, vacuums, and most chargers β work in any vehicle. Size-specific items like dash cams and seat covers include dimensions and fitment notes. If you are unsure,
ask us before ordering. We would rather answer a question than process a return.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

We process orders fast β same day if placed before 2PM EST. If you need to change or cancel,
contact us immediately with your order number. If the order has not left the warehouse yet, we can usually catch it. Once it ships, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
What payment methods do you accept?

Shopify Checkout supports all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Do you sell gift cards?

Not yet, but it is on the roadmap. If you want to gift RoadReady gear, the easiest path right now is to place the order and ship it directly to the recipient. Drop us a note at
support@roadreadysupply.shop if you need a gift receipt or special packaging note.
How do I contact customer support?
